Soccer By Design Academy proudly introduces a cutting-edge Mental Coaching and Neuro Training Program, an exciting inclusion in our Full-Time Academy offerings. Partnering with Freddy Santos, a licensed coach, ex-semi-professional footballer, and expert in psychological science with over 20 years of experience, this program equips young athletes with the tools to excel both on and off the field. Through 24 specialised sessions, participants will build emotional resilience, enhance focus, develop confidence, and learn to manage anxiety and challenges effectively. Combining traditional coaching with innovative technologies like Reflexion Edge Analytics and Blaze Pod Training, the program targets cognitive performance, reaction time, and hand-eye coordination to elevate gameplay. Designed for young athletes passionate about sports, this comprehensive training goes beyond physical and tactical skills, fostering mental strength and healthy habits for lifelong growth.
